As the Founder, Owner, and Principal BAS Agent of Raven Accounting Services, Siabh led the company to success before its acquisition by VNC Australia Pty. Ltd. in 2024.
Currently serving as an advisor to VNC Australia Pty. Ltd., Siabh offers strategic financial guidance and support to businesses, driving efficiencies through automated processes and delivering crucial financial insights. Her expertise and visionary approach make her an invaluable asset to any organization seeking to optimize their financial operations and achieve sustainable growth.
Jimmy Vadera, a Chartered Accountant and CISA-qualified professional, proudly co-founded VNC Global Business Edge Pvt. Ltd. and VNC Australia Pty. Ltd. alongside Dhara Vadera, CA, CPA(Aus), in 2010 and 2022, respectively. As the Co-founder and CEO, Jimmy is dedicated to empowering entrepreneurs and enterprises worldwide with innovative financial and accounting solutions. His leadership spans continents, bringing cutting-edge financial solutions to clients globally. With over 14 years of experience, his commitment to client satisfaction and continuous innovation is unwavering.
Jimmy specializes in enhancing business processes, consulting on advanced software solutions, implementing effective accounting practices, and offering comprehensive business advisory services. His expertise includes global client management, technology integration, and optimizing operational workflows.
In addition to driving business growth, Jimmy dreams of establishing the VNC Foundation to uplift underprivileged communities and promote environmental sustainability, while VNC Rise aims to provide educational opportunities to youth globally. His visionary approach and dedication make him a pivotal force in the industry.
Dhara Vadera, a trailblazing Chartered Accountant and Certified Practicing Accountant (CPA – Australia) with BAS Agent (Australia), DISA, and DIRM qualifications, co-founded VNC Global Business Edge Pvt. Ltd. and VNC Australia Pty. Ltd. alongside CA Jimmy Vadera in 2010 and 2022, respectively.
With a bold vision, she and Jimmy founded VNC Global to empower entrepreneurs and enterprises worldwide. Starting with accounting and bookkeeping, they swiftly diversified into offering comprehensive supply chain financial solutions and cutting-edge data analytics through bespoke software.
As the Managing Director, she provides strategic leadership and oversees the operations of the company, driving its mission to revolutionize the accounting and financial landscape.

A cricket tragic and a footy lover, Sam is a passionate Carlton supporter.
Sam has worked for Raven Accounting Services for 7 years, enjoying the variety of clients and the ever-changing nature of the work.
Before joining Raven Accounting Services, Sam gained experience as a financial analyst in the manufacturing, banking, mining, airline, and event industries. A career highlight was being part of the financial planning team for the Ticketing team during the 2006 Commonwealth Games in Melbourne.
In her free time, Sam enjoys watching their two children play sports on the weekends.
Working with the amazing team at Raven over the last four years has been a great opportunity for Rhacel to enhance her bookkeeping skills, learn new ones, and contribute to the business every week. The company’s focus on teamwork, even across different countries, highlights its philosophy of providing guidance and support, and Rhacel is happy to be a part of it.
Rhacel lives in Cebu, Philippines, loves movies, spending time with friends and family, and is addicted to chocolate!
